Field Technician-Computing and Peripherals is also called ‘Service Technician’, and provides after sale support services to customers, typically at their premises. The course is specially designed to trained candidates in computer hardware and networking field. Candidates can be able to resolve the basic problems of computer hardware and their peripherals.

Field Technician is responsible for attending to customer complaints, installing newly purchased products, troubleshooting system problems and configuring peripherals such as printers, scanners and network devices. His/ her works includes making schedule maintenance visits to regular clients to ensure systems are operating properly, responding to client requests for repairs, installing new products or systems as well as explaining proper operation of the product to customers.
