In a move aimed at upskilling the street food vendors, the ministry of skill development and entrepreneurship (MSDE) will impart skills training to the street food vendors and make them eligible for e-cart licenses while improving the hygiene conditions in food preparation and aesthetics of vending.

A Pickle Making Technician is responsible for preparation of all types of pickles from various fruits and vegetables through the process of washing, peeling, cutting/ slicing, curing/brining, blending, filling, oil topping, packaging and storage.
