After completion of the training, the candidates will be able to:

  • Will be proficient in the art of bread making, including mixing, kneading, proofing and shaping.
  • Will have mastered pastry techniques, including making doughs (such as puff pastry, shortcrust pastry, and choux pastry), laminating, shaping, and baking pastries like croissants, tarts, eclairs, and pies.
  • Candidates will be skilled in cake decorating techniques, including frosting, icing, piping, and fondant work.
  • They will have the knowledge and creativity to develop their own recipes, experimenting with different ingredients, flavors, and techniques to create unique and innovative baked goods.
  • Candidates will be adaptable and resourceful, able to troubleshoot common baking challenges and make adjustments as needed to achieve desired results.

Passed candidates will be provided a government certification on successful completion of training and assessment along with necessary Tools for a better future.
