Before I joined Greta Solutions, course on Traditional Snacks and Savory Maker, I had a small piggery farm, a cottage industry sized pickle project and worked with a small catering organization. Coming to the present, I had learned a lot from this course. It has instilled a new found confidence in me to deal with the processing food and also deal with consumers. This training has not only taught us how to produce food products but also how to sell the products. I feel that this institute does not train cooks but it produces well equipped entrepreneurs which is vital for the economy of our state in this day and age of scarcity of employment.
“Life is a journey that have lots of different paths, but any path you choose use it as your destiny” keeping this quote in mind, I would like to give a heartfelt thanks to Greta Solutions Training Academy for helping me on this path that I have taken. Also, it would not be just to not mention our trainer Miss Laker who helped and guided us since day one. Not only did she impart a great deal of knowledge from the course but also, she took her precious time to teach us things outside the course that will help us in our endeavors. Without a great teacher it would be hard for the ‘unguided’ to come out successful.
In these few months that I have been a part of this institute not only I have a lot, but I have grown as a person. The way GSTA trains not only our kitchen skills but our salesmanship skills are commendable and is rare to find such things in such training program. In the near future I aspire to expand my business into the traditional snacks and savory industry, and I hope that this relationship with this institute will continue and benefit both parties mutually.
