The qualification Hardware and Networking Associate provides technical skills to construct a computer from scratch as well as the implementation, management and maintenance of computers and network configurations to optimize performance. The qualification provides technical knowledge of computer hardware and networking, including system assembly, troubleshooting, LAN/WAN setup, IP addressing, and network security, preparing learners for entry-level IT roles.

A person should possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and technical aptitude. Good
communication and adaptability to evolving technologies are also essential.
